CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable admin fee of £20 is retained for all cancellations.

Full refunds minus admin fee are available up to 7 days prior to the event start date. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as used for purchasing within 14 days of the cancellation.

Please email info@growtherapyworld.org if you wish to cancel a booking.

Please note that non-attendance of an event will be considered a cancellation and fees will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that the training is cancelled by the organiser a full refund will be issued.
